Easy Slow Cooker Stuffed Chicken Rolls
4 Chicken Breasts
4 Slices Ham
4 Slices Swiss Cheese
1/2 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Can Cream of Chicken or Mushroom Soup
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
2 Cups Dry Pasta
With a mallet, pound out the Chicken breasts evenly so they are about 1/2 inch think. Lay one slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on top and roll. Secure with a toothpick. Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan Cheese together and coat chicken. In a skillet, brown chicken on all sides.
Put Chicken in slow cooker. Mix the soup and chicken broth and poor over chicken. Cook on low for 4 hours. In the last hour of cooking add in pasta that has been pre-cooked to slightly underdone.
