I always have a bottle or two of these Soy Vay Marinades in my pantry. They come in handy for a couple pasta salad recipes I make. I don't like paying full price, and luckily every few months there seems to be a stellar price on them. Right now we can grab the bottles for $1.99 after printable coupon and mega savings discount!

Below is my FAVORITE pasta salad recipe to use the Teriyaki sauce in. It's absolutely delicious and a big crowd pleaser!

Spinach Bowtie Pasta Salad
Makes about 18-20 servings

  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce
  • 2/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp. white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 16 oz. bow tie pasta
  • 6 oz. bag Craisins
  • 2 cup cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
  • 6 oz. honey roasted peanuts
  • 11 oz. bag of baby spinach

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing and whisk together until sugar is dissolved (i like to pulse everything in my processor).
  2. Cook pasta according to directions.
  3. In a large bowl, pour half the dressing over the pasta and chicken. Stir well and let sit in the refrigerator for two hours to marinate.
  4. Add the rest of the salad ingredients to the pasta and serve immediately. {If you aren’t going to serve right away, wait to add the spinach until just before you do serve it.}
